We charge a $100 on-site dispatch fee for our trip to you. The rate is $2.00 per mile one way from our location: Landmark Drive & Pyramid Way, Spanish Springs, NV
Emergency Service Call Additional Charge - $150.00 (after hours and weekend calls)
The shop rate starts once we arrive at your location. There is a minimum 1 hour to inspect and diagnose.
Do not confuse the "shop rate" with an "hourly rate" – they are not the same thing. We charge a standard flat-rate per task based upon an industry standard guidebook and not by time spent on the task. This is the same method a mechanic shop or RV repair shop would use to charge you. Example: To remove, replace, and bench test a furnace the shop rate is 1.78 hours. I may take 2.5 hours to perform the task but will only charge 1.78 hours.
